Website Keyword Analysis Guide
Welcome to the
YourTestGuru guide on viewing keywords for a website. This resource will help
you navigate the keyword analysis functionality in YourTestGuru, providing you
with the insights needed to improve your site's SEO performance.
Accessing the
Keyword Analysis Feature
- Navigate to the Google Ranking Tab:
- Click on the "Google Ranking"
tab.
- Select
"Websites Ranking".
- Adding a
Website:
- Enter the website URL (e.g.,
bbcgoodfood.com) in the text field.
- Click "OK" to add the website.
- If the website is not already in the
database, click "Unlock" to access the keyword list, using AI
tokens as needed.
Keyword
Overview
- Keyword
Clusters:
- Keywords are grouped by rank positions:
1-5, 6-10, 11-15, up to the top 25.
- Key metrics include the number of
keywords, estimated monthly organic traffic, and SEO performance scores.
- SEO
Performance Score:
- Indicates how much work is needed to
improve rankings.
- Higher scores mean less work is required,
whereas lower scores indicate more effort is needed.
Detailed Metrics in the Keyword Table
- Exporting
Data:
- You can export the keyword data as a CSV
file.
- To export the full table, ensure it is
unfiltered (e.g., showing positions 1-25).
- Key
Metrics:
- Keyword: The specific term being ranked.
- Rank: The position of the URL for the keyword.
- URL: The URL ranking for the keyword.
- SEO Difficulty: Indicates how challenging it is to rank for
the keyword.
- Category: The category assigned to the keyword.
SERP and
Search Volume Information
- SERP (Search Engine Results Page)
Information:
- Number of words in the keyword.
- Last update date to determine if the
ranking information is current.
- Search
Volume:
- The volume of searches for the keyword.
- Keyword Trend: Google trend data showing keyword popularity
over time.
- URL Traffic: Estimated traffic for the URL based on its
rank and CTR (Click-Through Rate).
Estimations
and Competitive Insights
- Traffic
Estimations:
- Estimated clicks for the URL at its
current rank.
- Projected gain in clicks if the URL
improves its rank.
- Optimistic estimations based on search
volume data.
- Ads
Information:
- Competition level for ads related to the
keyword.
- CPC (Cost Per Click) for the lowest and
highest bid.
