- Navigate to your guide, e.g., "How to Make a Margarita Pizza."
- Check the overall score and SEO indicators to ensure everything is in order.
- Ensure you've added a title and meta description.
2. Requesting Validation
- Click on the arrow next to "Analyze."
- Select "Ask for validation."
- Optionally, add a comment for the content manager.
- Submit the validation request.
3. After Submission
- Your content will be locked for editing until the request is approved, denied, or canceled.
- If approved, the content remains locked, as no further edits are needed.
For Content Managers and SEOs
1. Reviewing Validation Requests
- Locate the validation request in the comments section on the right-hand side.
- Approve or deny the request by clicking the green or red button.
- Optionally, add a comment to provide feedback.
2. Post-Decision Actions
- If approved, the content stays locked.
- If denied, a red cross appears, and the writer is notified.
- Pending requests are marked with a yellow question mark.
